Regional Groups

CPT UK is working to support and nurture groups of CPT "sympathizers" around Britain and Ireland. Here are some of the places where people have already expressed interest or formed a group.

London - a group of CPT corps members along with other interested people has been meeting monthly in London to hear stories from CPTers returning from the field and to support each other in local peacemaking efforts. If you are interest in meeting with the group, contact dmgoulet at menno.org.uk.

North England - although there are currently no CPT corps members in the North there is an interest group called CPT North of England Network. To get in touch with them contact Jonathan Blakeborough (joncpt at yahoo.co.uk) or Ray Gaston (ray at allhallowsleeds.org.uk).

Northern Ireland - although there are no CPT corps members there are a number of CPT symapathizers in the region. If you are interested in helping to form a group contact Tim Foley (timf at clara.co.uk).

Scotland - Maureen Jack, a CPT reservist based in Fife, Scotland, has been working to put together a group in her region. If you are interested in contact her at maureenjack2000 at yahoo.com.
