CPT UK is working to support and nurture groups of CPT "sympathizers" around Britain and Ireland. Here are some of the places where people have already expressed interest or formed a group.
Northern Ireland - although there are no CPT corps members there are a number of CPT symapathizers in the region. If you are interested in helping to form a group contact Tim Foley (timf at clara.co.uk).
Scotland - Maureen Jack, a CPT reservist based in Fife, Scotland, has been working to put together a group in her region. If you are interested in contact her at maureenjack2000 at yahoo.com.

Brief Bio: Alwyn first visited Hebron/Al-Khalil, and the CPT apartment, on the 7th July 2005, while on a tour organised by the Alternative Tourism Group.
In 2006 he spent three months in Hebron with the Ecumenical Accompaniment Progrrame in Palestine and Israel. In August 2007 Alwyn returned to the region with a CPT Delegation. He attended the winter training course in Chicago, and returns regularly to Hebron/Al-Khalil as a reservist.
For 38 years he was a minister of the Congregational, then United Reformed, Church. In retirement he is a member of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers).

Justin and Jenny Alexander
Brief Bio: Justin and Jenny are CPT reservists who met in At-Tuwani (Occupied Palestinian Territories) in 2005 and married in June 2006. Justin has been visiting Iraq since 2001, first campaigning against economic sanctions, then advocating for the cancellation of Saddam's odious debts. In Spring 2005 he spent a month in Palestine and 2 months in Iraq with CPT. Jenny was with CPT in Tuwani in 2005 following a year studying arabic in Jordan.
